The M-SV Suborbital Vehicle is used primarily for smaller microgravity-type payloads. It is capable of carrying 50 lbs (23 kg) to an altitude of 100 miles (161 km) and 80 miles (129 km) down range.
Volume. In terms of its volume capacity, the M-SV is comparable to approximately three-fourths (3/4) the volume of a bathtub or one-and-one-half (1 ½) times the volume of a car gas tank.
Markets. Some market segments that are well suited to the small payload capacity that the M-SV offers include: education, aerospace, microgravity research, earth science research, media and PR, and remote sensing.
